I got to sit down with the delightful and effervescent Rachel Mae Smith of The Crafted Life for this week’s episode of Raise Your Hand Say Yes and we had so much fun! We talked about how Rachel’s business and blog have grown, her highlights, and what she’s learned through all of it. Rachel is such a great mix of creative thinking and business strategy and I love how she balances the two worlds!
We also talked about what started to happen when Rachel got strategic about her brand, the value of being self-taught, and how to stay inspired in an ever-changing online marketplace as well as the value of practice and repetition. Putting in the hours is critical! If you are feeling the pull towards something creative but aren’t sure if you know enough yet, this episode is for you! (Spoiler alert: you know plenty. Get started already!)
Rachel, any time spent with you is my favorite! Thank you for being such a burst of awesome!
