Here’s what’s included:
Module 1: An introduction to Values
We kick off with an overview of what values are (and what they aren’t!) and why they’re so important to your life.
Module 2: Values 101, Identification, and Ranking
Next you’ll learn how to identify your values (and how to let go of what everyone else thinks they should be) and how to make a ranked list that answers so many questions you have about yourself (and what you can and cannot tolerate!).
Module 3: Bringing Your Values into Your Life
Next we take your values list into your day-to-day life, pulling back the curtains of how you’re living to see what values are being honored…and which ones are being ignored. We’ll look at work, home, relationships, and everything in between.
And while I can’t promise work/life balance (NO ONE CAN!), I can promise insight into why some things aren’t working, some are, and how you can start shifting your gaze towards resonance.
Module 4: The Dark Side of Values & FAQ
Finally, we’ll look at how and when values can actually create trouble for you (gah! what?!) and deal with my most frequently-asked values questions.
With nearly an hour of video lessons and companion worksheets, this class is designed to make it as easy as possible to get your values out of your head and into your life…without having to spend hours in front of your computer!
