+ Three (that’s right! Three!) day-long intensives to be held every 3 months in Denver.* These sessions will help us deep dive into what you want, what’s working, and where you want to be going. BONUS: dance breaks, walking & talking sessions, and amazing food.

*Yes! We can do these virtually if you can’t get yourself to Denver, but if you can, it will be so worth it. And yes! We can also do a sprint of all three days in one week, but it’s preferred to stretch them out to give the work time to simmer.

+ 9 hour-long coaching sessions (one each month of our year together) for you to get the support you need to move your life forward, tangles and all.

That’s right. This won’t be all smooth-sailing. There will be bumps and bruises along the way, but the magic happens when you commit to showing up despite those (and learn to celebrate them)!

+ Ongoing support throughout your journey via email and Marco Polo. Pep talks when you need them, kicks in the pants when you’re stuck in your head, redirection and resources when they’re necessary.
