This week on Raise Your Hand Say Yes, I got to have the most fun time talking with my good friend Molly Mahar. We talked all about transitions – how to handle them with grace, what to do when they’re really inconvenient, and how to find joy in your life despite things not looking quite the way you’d like them to (because, when do things ever really look the way you want them to?).

We also talk about fear, how to know when to push and when to rest, and what it means to be a seeker. I am such a fan of Molly’s work and know you’ll find yourself nodding along to this entire episode!

Molly, I’m lucky to call you a friend! Thank you for making my job so fun!!
