It’s easy to think of destruction as something negative (and thus to be feared). And our fear around it often limits us and keeps us stuck.
Today, I’m showing a different perspective of destruction, one that can be used to embrace it as a way of unbuilding and a chipping away of things as we rebuild our lives.
Tune in as I talk about the power of destruction, when it is a positive thing, how to welcome unbuilding in your life, where to start in the rebuilding and how to have faith in your personal agency. Enjoy!
What I said:
“You can simultaneously be grateful for what you have and want things to be different and better.”
“If you live on a tightrope but are always clinging to the edge, you have nowhere to go.”
“If we let fear run our lives and make our decisions, the thing that we’re most afraid of usually becomes true.”
