This week, I was thrilled to sit down for an interview with Tara Mohr about her new book (out next week!) Playing Big.
In this episode of the podcast, Tara and I talk about what playing big means for women and what it actually looks like (you may be surprised!). We also talk about how praise can be just as damaging as criticism, what self-care really means, and how to focus on service first. We also dive into the topic of fear and how you can move past it towards what you want for your life.
It’s time to change the world y’all. Let’s hop to it. (Um. No pressure.)
Tara’s book comes out next week, and she’s offering a fun pre-sale special! I’m hosting a giveaway on Instagram too! Leave a comment on the giveaway post before Oct. 12 for your chance to win! (Giveaway open to US peeps only.)
Thank you, Tara, for the great talk!

I missed the deadline for the book drawing but wanted to comment anyway! I just found a moment to listen and just had that omg, yes kind of head nodding experience. This was AWESOME and I am getting more excited and terrified for 100 rejection letters! I can’t wait to figure out what comes next! Thanks for the great brain food!
Tiffany,Your podcasts are so inspiring! I especially love what Tara said about productivity, because that’s something I struggle with. The suggestions to stop thinking of the industrial model of the 40 hour 9-5 work week as the norm, and to measure overall productivity rather than daily productivity are so helpful.
Light to you,
Alex

I needed something to lift my Soul because suddenly I felt down and I have been trying to bring myself back but not winning. Learning that I’m not alone really makes me feel normal.
While I was listening to the podcast I managed to plan for my blog’s new post… I’m so excited!
